Well, get hold of your map. Then you find the world map. Then you zoom down on Europe. After that zoom down to Scandinavia, and after that on Denmark. That was the easy part. Now you find the island in the middle of Denmark. It's called Fyn. And on the eastcoast of Fyn you will find a small city named Nyborg, and that is where I live!! Well, my palace is in the middle of the city center of Nyborg, only 200 m away from the nearest disco. Nothing is happening around here right now. It's Saturday night and I'm waiting for my girlfriend to show up. That was all... |

I'm working in a development center in a factory. It's hard to explain... |

I'm a swapper, packer and I also do some graphics. |

Well, it's 7 years ago, so it must be in... 1986. |

How did you get interested in demoes and the scene? |
| The Pride: |
I really don't know... It all started with games. One of my friends was in The Supply Team and he told me that they had made a demo. I didn't know what it was, so he send it to me, and I must have found it interesting. Since then I have been very interested in demos. |

Please give tell about you scene-history. Groups, handles, first contact and so on. |

It all started in 1986. On the C-64 I joined a group named D.U.C, (Danish Underground Crackers) and I cracked a few silly games. At that time my handle was Mr.Magic. In 1988 I got my Amiga. I formed a group with Mr.Perfect/TSL called TSE, and I will NOT tell you what TSE stands for!! I changed my handle to The Pride. We never really got started, so later I joined ZAXS, a subgroup of the legendary Trilogy. I made some packs, and we released a few intros. On the BS1 and Warfalcons party here in Denmark I joined Flash Production. Later on I became the leader, I made 100 Evolution packs, we made some megademos, 6 Digital Contcerts and some other demos. After 2.5 great years in F.P, I joined Brainstorm. I only stayed there for 3 months because I joined Sanity.Then one day Hannibal called me and asked me if I was satisfied with SNT. I was, but when he told me about the group they wanted to start, I thought it sounded great, so I joined up LeMoN. |

No, not in the near future. |

Till I get bored with my Amiga. |

How do you think the scene have developed in the time you have been there? To the better, to the worse or what?! |
| The Pride: |
Yes, it have developed very much On some points to the worse and on others to the better. The scene is much more professional than before. There are not as much friendship as in the old days. But all in all I think the scene is quite ok. |

Okay, the past month has given us a new group consisting of members from especially ANARCHY. This is as most people know, LEMON. You, Pride, are one of the members of this group, please tell us a little about the history of this group, how it started and things like that... |

Well LeMoN. started as a subgroup of Anarchy. It was started by Dan, Nuke, Paradroid and Facet. Later they wanted to be an independant group so they left Anarchy and took some other Anarchy members with them (Hannibal, J.A.D,E (ex-Slash), Mad Freak and a few others.) Hannibal asked me to join and Facet asked KR'33 (ex Sanity) and Nao (ex Freestyle) and we were born. |

What productions does LEMON. have in store for the scene? |
| The Pride: |
I can't tell you very much, but we are working on 3-4 projects and packs will come out soon. |

The name LEMON. is quite equal to another group in the scene, namely: MELON DEZIGN. Did you all have in mind that you would maybe be a bit "provo" or was it just a coinsidence that you picked the name LEMON.? |

It's a combination of both. It's good to be a bit provo, but not that we don't like Melon, we all adore Melon for their great work and design. We don't try to steal their name. We don't want to be connected with Melon, because we have nothing incommon with them, only that the name sounds a bit equal. |

Tell me, what does friendship in the mean to YOU? |
| The Pride: |
Everything. It's great to get new wares, but the letter is the most important. It's great to make long phonecalls and meet on parties, have fun, drink beers and enjoy life. The computer comes second. |

Do you think that friendship has a great meaning to the scene in general? |
| The Pride: |
Yes I think so. Friendship will make the scene stronger. People will stay together and help eachother. |

I always enjoy asking this question. Do you believe that cracking and piracy is killing the scene? (State WHY or WHY NOT) |
| The Pride: |
No I don't think so. Game companies will always make games for the Amiga. But I think it's really shit to crack games made by scene members. That is very stupid. Leave the scene games alone, and let the guys earn some money. |

Another classic question comming up... How do you usually swap with people? Are you the long letter type or do you swap for the stuff only? |
| The Pride: |
I swap long letters and ofcourse also stuff. Ok, sometimes I can be in a hurry and only write a few lines, but that's not very ofen. The letter is the most important, but cool stuff is also wanted. |

How many contacts do you have? |
| The Pride: |
That's the hardest question.... About 30 real good contacts with long letters and stuff like that. Then I have about 15 stuff only contacts. |

If you receive a letter from a real beginner who wants to swap with you, what do you do? Do you simply keep the disks or what do you do? |
| The Pride: |
It's up to the guy. If he sends a letter on 3 lines I keep his disks and forget all about him. But if he sends a long letter with infos about him and his group, I ofcourse give him a chance. |

How much time do you spend on computing each day? |
| The Pride: |
On work days only half an hour. In the weekend up to 3 hours. |

What equipment do you have for your dear Amiga? |
| The Pride: |
Amiga 500, DF1:, extra memory, optical mouse, ITT monitor, a lame joystick and lotsa disks. |
