Lemon.

December 1992, at The Party II in Aars, Denmark... At the time, the undisputed supergroup of the Amiga demo scene was Anarchy. The only problem was that Anarchy had grown so large that several members began to feel like strangers within their own group. Some of the most talented and productive members from the UK, Holland, and Denmark decided to break away and form something new — a smaller group built on friendship above all.

On February 1st, 1993, Lemon. (pronounced Lemon-point) was officially born, and in March they released their first production, fittingly titled Announce.

Originally, the plan was to keep the number of members to a minimum. However, this did not last long, and by June a fairly large group of skilled members had joined, particularly from Norway.

The life of Lemon. would prove to be a short one. Less than a year after its formation, the group began to fall apart. In December 1993, at The Party III, they released PikPatNos II and Dotro, which would become the final releases from Lemon. before the group disbanded.

Some of the former Dutch members attempted to revive Lemon. in 1995, but with limited success, producing only a couple of less serious releases.
