Interview
Galemandsgilde (Madman's party)... Yep, the word is certainly very descriping.. For three days, fifty Danish scene-guys were gathered in a little kindergarten in the dark Jutland. Here you can read the exciting report about the events... Oh yeah, this report is written in the old good ego-maner, with trip and all, hope you enjoy this...

The trip
Yep, every party starts when you're going there, and this was no exception. Eight Balance-members teamed up on the central-station of Copenhagen that very morning. Only one computer, but three boxes of beer were brought, and the level was already set then. Entering the train we found that we had the doubtfull pleasure of sitting next to half a dozen kids on their way to some soccer training-camp. Anyway, after some time we suddenly felt like computing, and Connor had brought his A1200, so after some connecting we were computing with 180 kilometers an hour. ('040-kort, hej Christian!!)
After some time people began to feel considerable thirsty, and the wet wares were brought forward. People started driking heavily and after an eventless trip with the ferry, the drinking continued. The whole group got wilder and wilder, and the whole thing topped when Split and Wreko ended up in a short, but wet, beerfight... With a speed that would have impressed even experienced cleaning-people, we managed to make the whole thing look relatively decent and at that time we arrived at our desired destination. Near the bus-stop, the local drunkards, who had cool handles such as "Ræven" (The Fox), were standing and getting their daily ration of beers. A few guys joined them and had a nice chat. After half an hour the bus arrived and we strolled off..

The raving loonies...
The amount of people present was actually rather small, about 50 persons. Still, as everybody was invited, it was only elite-guys present. Everybody knew each other, and therefore had a great time.
Members from the following groups were heavily represented: Balance, Kefrens, Rednex, Parasite, Static Bytes and besides them there were members from Angels and Delight. (Sorry if I missed out on someone, but that's the ones I met)

Party on dudes!
When we arrived at the place, the first comment from Quackbuster/Static Bytes was: "Who on earth invited BALANCE!!?". After having unleeched our luggage we threw ourselves in the nice pool of balls, but about two seconds after this a massive ball-fight broke out. In this very first war, people actually managed to spread 2/3 of the contents of the pool around the kindergarten... The partying had begun!
More beer went down, and people went up... More ball-fights and some mooncar driving... That's how it continued till next day..

The next day...
After people had recovered from last days partying, a couple of more ball-fight raged on. After these there were absolutely NO balls left in the pool. A couple of persons (among them yours truly) decided to fill up the pool again. In the middle of the day, a soccermatch was arranged where Kefrens and Balance (With help from Mount/PST) competed... Hmmm, even though Kefrens was sportsly superior (Hey, we missed our star-keeper Cesium from [p=10]The Gathering[/g]), Balance was surely the ones bringing the most entertainment into the match. So, if you can't beat them with goal, beat them in laughs... When people had changed clothes, the ball-fights began again, bringing even more balls around the place...
After some computing, a new soccermacth was started. This time more Parasite members. At this time the grass was so wet, that especially yours truely felt more like an ice-hockey player than a soccerplayer. This didn't stop the forces of the Pyramids, but again Balance brought the most laughs into the game by constantly doing silly things (Just playing was silly)...

Like a child again...
It became dark and people started drinking again. Most of us Balance-members sat down and began to build a nice LEGO-tower, which was more than surfing the edge. Unfortunaly, a lot of people found it quite amusing to destroy our remarkable piece of arcitechture.
After this, the most intense ball-fights began. After some time yours truly left the perimises to get a rest. I went to the Parasite-lair, where they among other things had a nice stereo. Dice of Kefrens had realized this as well, and he was trancing to all kinds of CD's for perhaps an hour (Hey Dice, why don't you ever make techno yourself?).
Again yours truly went out for a rest and found much pleasure in strolling around in the neighbourhood. After having done that for an hour, I decided to return home to check if the events had cooled off. And they had...

TOTAL DESTRUCTION!
... People was about to realize what a mess they had caused. Bottles had been broken, and some of these had even been throwed around with. One of these landed dangerously close to Dino of Parasite who had found (contemporary) rest in the warzone... The time was about 04.00, but people began to clean up anyway. More damage was discovered, and appearently someone had baked a few balls from the pool... What a mess, glass, balls and beer on the floor. But it still didn't take more than about 3 hours to clean up the mainroom.
Most people felt rather depressed over what had happened, especially because they knew that the organizers would NEVER arrange the same thing again.

This was the true story of a mad party. A mad party, with mad people. We hope that you enjoyed this little story, and that this will be held again, that's all folks! (Thanks to Scope/Balance for great inspiration)
