This is a kind of realtime partyreport that means that I'll write things as they have happend. 1ST DAY: At 8.03, I, rest of the BALANCE-members and Ben/SOC. BRIGADE, Jean/SCOOPEX went to the Central Train Station in copenhagen. At the station we meet several other scenedudes like: Trojans, Fusion and some others that I can't quite remmeber (sorry!). Well, the trainride took 1 and a half hour and the ferrytrip to Samsø took 2 hours. The buss was waiting just at the ferry so we didn't have to carry our stuff very far (nice!). Well, when we arrived and saw the partyplace, we surprised by the small size of the partyplace. We wnet inside and paid the entrancefee. Then we went in. The partyplace was small, but the hall were able to keep quite a lot of freaks, but not as many as at the C.S.A. christmasparty though, but then again this is the first day and I hope there will be more people. The partyboard have been closed down by HURRICANE and the sysop's are not allowed to call either, so the modem-communication and spreading are no more possible. The partyplace is kinda special. There is a hall for C-64 and a hall for the AMIGA's, also there is a socallt VIP-room where one group can be in a classroom if they for instance want to koncentrate to make their demos to the deadline. Well, so far the party isn't that particular good. I do not think there is much more than 700-800 people at this moment. Further more the organization is quite bad, the cafeteria-staff is extremely slow, the big screen is very unclear (actually in a moment the picture was only 2*3 meters and the screen itself 6*5) there is many shitty things at the moment, but worst of all the air is so HOT and bad so it's very hard to be in the room. Well, at this moment the European Championship finale in soccer is being played and many people is watching. Well, so far nothing exiting has happend, but I have heard that SILENT DK soon will show their second videodemo and STATIC BYTES will release EUROCHART #15... YEAAAAAAAAAAAH, Denmark just scored in the game I'll stop now, I gotta se this, bye!!! Okay well, the time is 23.35 and Denmark are European Champions (to bad Germany!). Well, the organizers have changed the deadlines for the different competetions. It's quite lame cuz they don't even know when the deadline is themselfes!! So far the organization have been really lame, but the party have had no problems like drunkards or fights etc. (so far!), the atmosphere is very nice, and all danes are very happy. The germans have taken their defeat quite well, so nothing's really happening at the moment, well let's go to: 2ND DAY: Well they have just shown the graphicscompetition. Only 19 people competed, but it took quite a long time before they got the pictures showed amyway. It was hard to judge the pictures, cuz the screen was really lousy. so much of the gfx was really fucked to look at. Hmmmm, nothing much have happemd so far, but I'll keep ya informed if anything important should turn up! I talked with one of the organizers from HURRICANE, he daid that they thought there was about 2000 people present at the party. BULLSHIT, the count doesn't even go over 1000 so I think they should count again. At this time I think HURRICANE have taken a name change to: HURRILAME. Well, a guy called Echo (C64 dude) just falled 3-4 meteres through a window. He wasn't damaged in any particular way so I'd say he was stinkingly lucky. Nothing much has happend and it's about 23.50 so I think there will be nothing more to write about for today. 3RD DAY: Well, the graphiccompetition has just been finished. There was a lot of mess with the voting cuz at first Connor/BALANCE DK was the winner, but then KEFRENS forced HURRICANE to check the votings and they came with a far different result. So the winner is Scuba/X-TRADE. This mess just gives another good example of how bad the organizing have been, I wouldn't like to be in HURRICANE by now or after the party!!! Well, right now the musiccompetition is being held. The standard of the tunes have been quite low except a few. Personally, I think (without favorising) that our musician CHYLE (flattered now budy?) have done the best piece so far. Not even the music by Mantronix/PHA was anything to care for so I think that this tune should win!! (AND ALL YOU OTHER ASSHOLES IN THIS LOUSY PLACE, BETTER WELL THINK SO TO!!! GOT IT?). 4TH DAY: Well, the last day the failure is complete, HURRICANE cancelled all prices all people are pissed of. Well, at 6 o'clock the democompetition started there were only few demos in the competition and most of 'em was shit, except the one from KEFRENS and some others.
