NETWORK & THEATRE PARTY REPORT A party was going to be held in Lillestrom 1990, between christmas and newyear. Me and many others with me were looking forward to go to the party and probably have a heck of a great time. This was the second party after the famous party in Drammen wich was a failure, cause the police turned up. And therefor this party was legal. Even though I saw a lot illegal copying. The party place was located a couple minutes drive from Lillestrom (not very central). So the arrangers of the party must have earned a lot on the party sale, cause there was only one gasstation around and nowhere else to buy coke and other junk. The remour was that 750 people were going to attend the party but only approx. 320 people showed up during the 4 days. And not a single person from outside Norway exept for one, wich was from Finland. The word was going around that this wasn't such a great party after all. But some of us had fun anyway. The demo-comp was the main event on this party, together with the demonstration of the A3000 wich one triumph member had brought. My personal opinion was that the A3000 demonstration was the coolest thing that happened pn the party, but those who entered the competitions maybe thougth otherwise. Now to the competition. The prices didn't arrive with the BJ company (Fuck thoose bastards!!! ed.), so the contestens were pretty mad when they didn't get their prices. Can't blame 'em cab you? Well the contributions were great, and I think most of the people at the party thought that th judges were fare. But i missed a voting-system instead of judging by the party arrangers. I haven't got the whole result list in front of me, but the demo-comp was won by Exit (great work guys! ed.), music comp by Dr.Awesome and the graphics competition by a member of No Limits. There weren't that many relases except for the competition contributions, but I could spot some of them being spread around. And the new version of Protracker was released on the first day of the party. After three sleepless nights most of the people were pretty tired, and atleast we stubled ourselves outside, so that the place could be cleaned up. Not much action on the party, but it was a cool party anyway. Afterall me and some friend shooted some pretty cunning shoot with at video camera...
