Dreamdealers
Dreamdealers, sometimes also referred to as The Dream Dealers, was an entirely French demogroup, with only a few very brief visits from foreign members.
The group was founded by Kougar in early 1990. He was soon joined by Croquik, Redlight and Evil A (later known as Sun). Together, the four of them released their first megademo in May 1990, which quickly became quite popular within the scene.
From the beginning, the group lacked a strong graphics artist, but by the end of the year they were joined by Tony (a.k.a. Antony), who proved both talented and highly productive, giving the group one less problem to worry about. Tony's first appearance as a "dreamdealer” was in Megademo II, released in January 1991.
In April 1992, it was announced that Dreamdealers would organize a major French party together with End of Century 1999 and Devils. However, Dreamdealers later pulled out of the project, which led to accusations flying back and forth between Devils and Dreamdealers. Even though a third invitation was released just two weeks before the event was due to take place, the party was eventually cancelled.
Later, in 1994, Dreamdealers co-organized the Sea, Soft & Sun Party (3S) with Solaris, and in 1995 they co-organized GASP with Eremation. Both events were very successful and featured many releases.
