Complex

Complex is a legendary group based in Finland. The group was formed after Phalanx and Overload died and the best members got together and formed Complex.
Original members were: Arnold, Blade, Cable, Crusher, Fulcrum, Mic Dair, Rubberbrain and Tai-Pan. For a great many years they worked on the Amiga, though they now seem to have abandoned the Amiga platform completely in favor of the PC.

1990

Editor of Maggy, Hyde, left the group to join up with rising star Image around the middle of the year, but left after a not too shortly afterwards and eventually found his way back to Complex.

1991

The Finnish board “Complex Softbank” (PC section) was busted late this year. This was the first real Finnish bust.
Mr.Nice Guy moved to France, and joined Delight under the handle Mr.NGY late in the year.

1992

The group was strengthened when Finns Epidemic joined from Addonic and Breeze joined from Amaze in January.
A German section was formed around January by Mike D. from Anarchy, Tomcat from Awesome, Fade One, Cannon and Darkstar from Company.
Later that year, in October, the three Germans Crash, Argon and Mincer joined from Adept.

1993

Coder Epidemic joined Banal Projects some time during 1993. He did NOT join Virtual Dreams, as claimed in Spaceballs' December edition of "R.A.W." (Issue #6). During his time in Complex he worked on a couple of intros in ’92 and ‘93 as well as the musicdisk "Book of Songs", also released this year.

1994

After releasing their last demo, the trackmo "Real", for Complex in April, musician Clawz and coder Gengis decided to leave and form their own group called Bomb! This happened in August. They left behind a few great demos for Complex, most notably "Origin", which won the demo competition at The Party ’93 in Denmark.

1995

The groups’ modem organizer, Swede Ozone, left for Classic in June and took his board “Far Out” with him. Another board was lost in June, as the German board “Skara Brae” was busted by the police.
